Great value! Great length. Wash well. Am so pleased that a company finally made undergarment long enough that my fat hump doesn’t appear at the bottom. Yay! Can wear with Bermuda shorts and capris. Great idea… And finally one long enough.

this review is for the jockey skimmies” cooling slipshort. I have this pair in black, size large. I am 5′ 7 1/2″ tall, weigh approximately 145 lbs, waist 35 inches at belly button level, 40 inch waist. these slipshorts feel like a gentle hug while wearing them. i don’t like to feel restricted or squeezed while wearing undergarments, so these fit the bill for me. they are just as comfortable under my dresses as when wearing under my longer length shorts. the top band does roll down just minimally, but that may be due to my body type which is kind of straight-ish, from waist to hips.i have several pairs of jockies slipshorts, but this is my first “cooling” slipshort. i must say i really don’t notice them once i put them on, so i guess the “cooling” part works : )

These Jockey “Cooling Slipshirts” are great for under skirts on hot days. I was pleased with the cooler fabric and the flexibility. There is a slight tummy control at the waist, which is also helpful.
The nylon-like fabric snagged a bit the first time I wore them, so I am not sure how long they will hold up, but it is a good option for skirts or dresses with a tighter fit.

These Jockey Skimmies Cooling Slipshorts are amazing. I wear a lot of skirts and dresses and while I like wearing them, they do not always offer the comfort and support that pants or shorts do. With these Jockey slip shorts, I feel completely covered and very cool. They are very thin, similar to a nylon, but without the pull, without the constricting feeling and without the rougher nylon feel. The Jockey Skimmies are so comfortable it is like wearing nothing at all, with the support of something. The shorts do not bind, pinch or feel in anyway tight. The material is lightweight, soft and comfortable. I am 5’6″ tall, about 120 lbs and both the small fit me just fine. The waistband is wide enough that you do not have any unflattering lumps left behind when wearing these slip shorts. In addition, the Jockey Skimmies Cooling Slipshorts really do keep you cooler. We have had several high 90 degree days here of late and I have not noticed any discomfort. I wear them under skirts, dresses and even longer shorts to keep cool. I highly recommend these Jockey Skimmies Cooling Slipshorts

These Jockey Skimmies fit like a dream — very light and smooth. These were designed to help what Jockey calls “Friction Affliction,” a cooling version of this slipshort to keep the dreaded “thigh fire” from ruining your day. I especially like the wide band on both the waist and the leg which didn’t dig in, roll up or pinch. They kept me smooth and cool all day.

I am 5’10 and weigh 155, so I felt the medium fit well. However, these shorts are quite long even for my long legs and I couldn’t wear them with my short skirts. They have great support everywhere and the top is extended and did not seem to roll down. As for the cooling affect, I can’t say I noticed it but they are nice for wearing under a skirt or dress pants.

I was a little skeptical about these Jockey Skimmies Cooling Slipshorts the Friction Affliction. I don’t normally wear undies with a long leg. I must admit after wearing them for several hours, I realized how comfortable they are. However, a little too comfortable for my taste. They felt as if I had nothing on. I am a size 12 without curves. I wore the size L and
they seemed to be easier to get on and more comfy than the M. They were quite difficult to pull up and position with any moisture to my skin. But when my skin was dry they were much easier to simply pull on. The fabric is soft,
breathes and seems to be durable. “Cooling” describes them to perfection. The legs and wasteband remained smooth and did not curl at
all. They wash up real nice although I do hang my lingerie to dry so I can’t speak for using a
dryer. Overall I believe they are an underwear that many women will love, they just aren’t my cup of tea.

I was hoping the Jockey Skimmies Cooling Slipshorts were going to be an improvement on the other similar items I’ve bought in the past and I am happy to share that they are! I wear these under clingy pants and leggings. The weight of the fabric is very light, but the tight fine weave creates a breathable but supportive result. It’s just enough coverage and support to give you a smooth look and to keep your pants from clinging. I just can’t handle the thicker (hot) variation of this kind of garment so I’m glad to have this lighter and very cool option. If you’re looking for a “girdle” effect, this is not the product for you – but if you want a nice foundation to make you a little sleeker and more comfortable with no unsightly panty lines – the Skimmies are just right for you!

A little long for my 5′ height but able to adjust these up under the shorter skirt without discomfort or visibility. Also tried the mini-shimmies but they didn’t sit as nicely at the waist as this one.

Love these slipshorts! Initially I was looking for a slip to wear under a dress, but when I saw these I thought I’d try them, and I’m so pleased I did! They’re so comfortable, lightweight and the cooling fabric really does work 🙂 For reference I am 5ft and 112lbs and a size SM fit me perfectly.

Very comfortable to wear. I often wear size 10 in pants, but an 8 in skirts. I purchased a large which is perfect in being comfortable but a feeling of confidence/support. Great in hot weather. No sticky thighs;)

These shorts are so comfy and lightweight. Love the thick non restricting waistband. I like something light under a dress or skirt in the summer (I am not blessed with a thigh gap). Makes wearing dresses and skirts so much more comfortable. Would love to see other colors? Maybe pink, navy, khaki green and creamy white?

This slipshort is cooler than the original because the fabric is more lightweight. I especially like it in warmer weather. The wider waistband makes it fit more comfortably.

These sli shorts are amazingly comfortable! I am overweight with a pear-shaped figure. Finally, no more riding up under my slacks. Everything stays in place all day long. They do a great job of feeling cool and comfortable and even the warmest weather. I got rid of all of my other briefs and switched to these completely.
